1. Payment Terms

The use of this Application may be free or require payment. For paid Applications, payments are processed using bstarCredits, the bstarOne virtual credit system. A specified amount of bstarCredits will be deducted monthly for your use of this Application.

• You may use it without charge.

You agree that bstarCredits have no monetary value outside of the bstarOne platform.

2. Refund Policy

You may request a full refund of the credits deducted for the first activation of this Application if you cancel within the first 10 days after activation. Refunds are processed to your bstarCredits account and are the exclusive remedy for early cancellation.

3. Cancellation and Subscription

You may cancel your subscription to this Application at any time. After cancellation, you will retain access until the end of the current paid billing cycle. Cancellation becomes effective from the next billing cycle.

4. Reactivation

You may reactivate this Application within 180 days of cancellation without losing your data or settings. After 180 days, reactivation may not preserve prior data.

5. Deletion of User Data and Account

If you do not reactivate this Application within 270 days after cancellation, all user data and account information related to this Application will be permanently deleted in accordance with UK GDPR principles.

6. Use of Application

You agree to use this Application lawfully and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Prohibited uses include but are not limited to fraud, impersonation, unauthorized access, and distribution of malicious code.

7. Intellectual Property and User Content Ownership

bstardigital retains all intellectual property rights in the bstarOne platform, including the software, user interface, branding, and related materials.

All data, content, designs, media files, and other creative works that users create, upload, or generate within this Application remain the sole and exclusive property of the user who created them.

By using this Application, you grant bstardigital Lta limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, host, store, reproduce, and display your user-generated content solely to the extent necessary to provide and maintain the Application and its services.

bstardigital will not use, publish, adapt, or distribute your content for any other purpose without your explicit permission.

8. Disclaimer and Liability

This Application is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. bstardigital excludes liability for indirect or consequential damages, except where prohibited by UK law (such as death or personal injury caused by negligence). Your use is at your own risk.

9. Commercial Contract Terms

These Terms constitute a commercial agreement between businesses. They are governed by principles of commercial contract law, and do not fall under consumer protection statutes. Both parties agree to act in good faith and fulfill their contractual obligations as set out herein.

10. Changes to Terms

bstardigital may update these Terms from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on the relevant platform or linked websites. Continued use of the Application after changes constitutes acceptance.
